Compassion for all living beings is the key to open the house of Grace. We believe in non-killing and pure vegetarianism as the foundation of spirituality.
We worship the Divine not as an idol, but as the Supreme Light (Jyothi). Light removes darkness, just as wisdom removes ignorance.
Beyond caste, creed, religion, and nation, we are all souls united by the same divine spark. We aim to realize the oneness of all souls.
Vallalar established the Sathya Dharma Salai in 1867 with a fire that has never gone out. Following his footsteps, we provide free, nutritious vegetarian food to everyone who visits the ashram, regardless of their background.
